নিশীথ রঞ্জন সাহা বিন্দু। ভ্যাট বা মূসক আইন নিয়ে কাজ শুরু ১৯৯৩ সালের সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে। দীর্ঘ ২৪ বছর ধরে ভ্যাট বা মূসক আইন নিয়ে তিনি পেশাদায়িরত্বের সাথে কাজ করে চলেছেন। চাকুরী জীবনে তিনি দেশের ও বৈদেশিক বিনিয়েগে স্থাপিত সুনামধন্য অনেক শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানের ভ্যাট বা মূসক ইন-চার্জ হিসাবে কর্মরত ছিলেন। বর্তমানে তিনি ভ্যাট বা মূসক আইন বিষয়ে কনসালটেন্টসি পেশায় সর্বাক্ষনিক নিয়োজিত। এই পেশার পাশাপাশি তিনি ভ্যাট বা মূসক আইন বিষয়ে বিভিন্ন শিক্ষা ও প্রশিক্ষন প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্লাশ নিয়ে থাকেন। শিক্ষা জীবনে তিনি LLB (Hon’), Master of Business Administration MBA, B. Sc. In-Textile Engineering.

The objective and purpose of this course is to provide the basic concept of VAT and introduce the upcoming opportunities of VAT Advisor and VAT Agents as a prospective profession in Bangladesh. The new VAT has numerous new features which are not available in the 1991 VAT. Two of them are VAT Advisor and VAT Agents. The advisors will work for Resident Taxpayers and the VAT Agents will work for Non-resident Taxpayers. Both can perform all activities related to VAT of a taxpayer. Thus, this two avenue are opening a huge prospect of tax professionals.

Thus, attending the course, the participants can develop a synoptic view of the VAT system and on that basis they would be able to –
